Shipments cannot be made to a PO Box number.
Please make sure to include a legitimate street address in your purchase, otherwise we cannot ship the item.
All merchandise is packed with the utmost care.
Every comic ships in an appropriately sized Mylar bag with two backing boards.
Original art will be shipped flat.
More unusual or unique items, such as toys or ceramics, will be packed individually with careful attention to safety and detail.
Insurance on all purchases is optional.
Therefore, if an item is lost or damaged during delivery, we will do our utmost to help our customers resolve the issue, but ultimately, any shipping-related issue is a matter that needs to be resolved between the USPS and the customer.
If you receive a damaged package, you must contact the USPS immediately and file a claim.
They will give you instructions of how to proceed to resolve your situation.
Again, Kermit's Pad will do their best to help, but we are unable to initiate a lost or damaged item claim for you.
It must be made by the Buyer.

We work very hard to give detailed and accurate descriptions of all products.

On most occasions, Kermit's Pad will pay the shipping costs for returned goods.
If returning an item, please take care in the repacking of the item for shipment.
The item must be returned in the exact same condition that it was originally shipped.
Failure to return the item in the exact same condition that it was originally shipped will result in a reduction of some or all of the refund amount.
Return requests must be made within 10 days of receipt of the item.
