This means that if you receive a book that is not to your satisfaction, even if it was the post office's fault, we will give you a full refund on the order and pay for the product to be returned to us!
All that we ask is that you make sure the books are properly packed and protected upon their return.

We try to go over the top on packing our books, to ensure that the gems that you buy from us get to you in great shape.
Here are the steps we take in a typical packing job:
- Seal the book(s) in plastic with a backing board.
- Fold backing boards around the edges.
- Tightly pack the book(s) in a cardboard envelope.
- Place packing material in a box
- Place the envelope on top of the packing material inside the box
- Fill the rest of the box with more packing material until the cardboard envelope does not shift inside the box.
- Seal the box and send it off with a confident grin!

All books on which offers are made or that are purchased, go through a second detailed inspection.
We will alert you if any additional imperfections are found and will update the grading and price of the book if necessary.
If a book is downgraded after a purchase is made, we will ask whether or not you still want the book.
The charges will be instantly refunded if you decide not to get the book.
If you are still interested, the discount will automatically be applied when we settle the payment for your order
(Unlike most online merchants, we do not actually transfer your money to our account until after the shipment has been made!).
